Eddie Barillas has been in the mortgage industry since 2020, specializing in helping first-time homebuyers and financing residential 2–4 unit properties, including duplexes, triplexes, and fourplexes. As a Spanish-speaking Mortgage Advisor, Eddie is passionate about making homeownership and real estate investing more accessible to Spanish-speaking families. He believes homeownership can be a powerful foundation for building long-term wealth.
Before becoming a Mortgage Advisor, Eddie worked as both a Loan Officer Assistant and Loan Processor, giving him a strong understanding of loan guidelines and underwriting. This experience allows him to anticipate challenges, navigate complex scenarios, and guide families through each step of the home financing process.

Eddie resides in Las Vegas, Nevada, with his wife and daughter. Outside of mortgage, he enjoys traveling, hiking, playing basketball, and spending time with his family.
